Throughline was founded by Jackie Murphree, a finance and operations executive who has spent her career working inside large, complex home health organizations.

Her experience includes leadership across finance, branch performance, revenue-cycle operations, systems implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and executive operating cadence—including roles with Humana’s CenterWell Home Health and Enhabit, two of the industry's largest providers.

That background matters because poor financial performance rarely begins in Finance.

It begins when referrals do not convert.

When clinical capacity is available but cannot be deployed productively.

When intake, authorization, scheduling, documentation, and billing operate as separate functions instead of one connected system.

By the time those failures reach the financial statements, leadership is often reporting the outcome rather than managing the cause.

Throughline was built to close that gap.

The Throughline point of view

A budget is not a strategy with cells around it.

A KPI is not accountability.

Available capacity is not productive capacity.

Referral volume is not growth.

And a financial miss that repeats every month is no longer a surprise. It is an operating model.
